摘要：

随着近年美国心理学界对积极心理学的积极倡导和关注 ,兴起于上世纪 80年代的自我决定理论 (SDT)近来又获得了人们的广泛关注 ,显示出强劲的生命力。SDT以个体的内部动机概念为出发点 ,采用量化的研究方法揭示了积极心理学的诸多研究主题 ,进而推进了积极心理学的研究。
