<正>伴随着我国人口老龄化的日益加剧,老年人群的健康问题已经引起全社会的关注,尤其是影响老年人生存质量的一些生活疾病。其中老年人肌肉衰减综合征(sarcopenia)是一种以随着年龄增长而引起的骨骼肌质量和力量流失为特征的老年综合征[1],目前已受到国内外学者的广泛关注。国外的流行病学显示,肌肉衰减综合征在60—70岁老年人群中患病率为5%—13%,80岁以上的则为11%—50%[2]。在我国
