摘要：

血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)是介导血管生成的重要生长因子,对骨折愈合过程中血管生成有着重要的作用。国内外学者对VEGF在骨折愈合过程中的作用及其机制做了大量研究,本文对此进行归纳和总结。
