急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)是临床最常见和死亡率最高的心血管急症之一,其治疗比较复杂、联合用药普遍,为保证患者合理用药,对患者实施药学监护成为心内科临床药师工作的重要内容。本文结合具体病例,谈谈如何在ACS患者中开展药学监护。1病例资料患者,女,72岁,身高156 cm,体质量56.5 kg,因"反复胸闷1月余,加重12 h"入院。患者1月前活动时感胸骨后
