摘要
<正>随着现代化的发展,工业和交通事故以及其他民事和疾病原因导致的截瘫愈来愈多。欧美国家脊髓损伤的年发生率约为40/1 000 000,美国大约是12 000例/年,欧洲是10 000例/年,其中30%为完全性截瘫,70%为不完全性截瘫。截瘫患者如不予适当的康复治疗,几乎都在5年内死于压疮和泌尿系统感染等并发症。现在由于急救医疗技术的发展,脊髓损伤者的存活率愈来愈高。而且,由于对脊髓损伤后并发症的认识增强和康复治疗方法的改善,能妥善预防和处理并发症,最大程度地利用残余的运动功能,加以不断进步的辅助技术和装置,使患者80%神经学上的恢复在伤后头6个月发生,12~15个月达到一个平台期。截瘫患者在确信自己能够长期存活以后,最大的希望就是能够站立起来,到处走走、看看,扩大所见所闻,提高生活情趣,改善生活质量。
