摘要：

基于企业整体利益的角度,设计了一种综合考虑收益和风险的系统化供应链鲁棒性指标量化方法,建立了综合考虑供应链持续供应能力、收益和服务水平的集成化鲁棒性衡量指标体系,以指导企业的供应链设计、评价和管理;并且,研究了多源供应、战略库存和应急期权3种供应链模式的鲁棒性.最后,通过数值算例验证了该方法的科学性.
