不同电刺激方式促进脑卒中后功能恢复的机制研究进展

摘要
<正>目前已有研究证实,中枢神经系统在损伤后具有结构和/或功能上的重组能力,即中枢神经系统具有高度的可塑性。有研究显示,电刺激具有脑保护作用,可促进脑卒中后的功能恢复。基于此,本文对不同电刺激方式促进脑卒中功能恢复的机制研究作一综述。中枢电刺激一、硬膜外电刺激关于硬膜外皮质电刺激(cortical electrical stimulation,CS)的研究主要集中于CS下调梗死周围皮质神经元凋亡,促进突触可塑性改变方面;抗凋亡通路研究则显示,CS可影响磷酸肌醇-3激酶介导的抗凋亡通路,促进梗死周围皮质神经元存活。
