摘要：

目的　探讨肾移植术后肺部感染的防治。方法　对 112 3例肾移植术后并发肺部感染的 110例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果　 10 1例肺部感染临床治愈 ,11例ARDS中抢救成功 2例 ,死亡 9例。病原菌分布 :细菌感染 69例 (63 % ) ,巨细胞病毒 (CMV)感染 2 0例 (18% ) ,真菌感染 16例 (15 % ) ,结核菌感染 8例(7% ) ,病原菌不明 9例 (8% )。结论　细菌是肾移植术后肺部感染的主要致病菌 ;早期作出病原学诊断是治疗肾移植术后肺部感染的关键。
