童年创伤经历与自尊对青少年抑郁的影响

摘要：

目的:了解童年创伤经历对青少年抑郁的影响,以及自尊在其中的调节作用。方法:对1219名初一至大四的青少年进行问卷调查,采用多层次回归分析对数据进行分析。结果:在控制人口统计学变量后,情感虐待、情感忽视、躯体忽视、性虐待在抑郁上的标准回归系数为正,且达到显著水平;自尊在抑郁上的标准回归系数为负,且达到显著水平;随着自尊水平的提高,性虐待和情感虐待在抑郁上的影响强度逐渐降低。结论:童年创伤经历显著影响青少年抑郁,并且自尊显著调节性虐待和情感忽视经历对抑郁的影响。
