真实型领导对员工建言行为的影响机理研究

摘要
构建结构方程模型和跨层次模型,探讨真实型领导对员工建言行为的影响机理。结果显示:真实型领导对员工建言行为具有显著的正向影响;心理安全感和领导支持感在真实型领导和员工建言行为之间具有中介作用;团队领导性别在真实型领导和员工建言行为之间具有跨层次调节作用。
