摘要：

产业链整合的本质是链中的节点企业在应用功能各异的先进信息技术和设备之后,为节约交易费用和追求最大化利润,通过一体化、外包或结盟等方式对其与上下游企业之间的交易关系进行调整而导致的产业链条结构重构,以最终实现产业创新和价值创造的总体目标。节点企业的信息化阶段不同,产业链的整合方式也具有差异性,后者随着前者的发展而表现出有规律的演进趋势。
