摘要：

慢性疼痛是一种常见的躯体症状。慢性疼痛患者常伴随抑郁,但其发生机制仍不明确,可能涉及神经内分泌以及免疫学等。本文就慢性疼痛引起抑郁症的相关机制作一综述。
