摘要：

骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis,OP)是一种以骨量低下、骨微结构破坏,导致脆性骨折的退行性骨病。阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's Disease,AD)主要表现为记忆力减退和认知功能障碍。表面上看OP和AD不论是在症状还是在体征方面都截然不同,但越来越多的研究表明两者存在一些共有的致病因素、发病机制和信号通路。
