二元调控系统在铜绿假单胞菌耐药机制中的作用

摘要
铜绿假单胞菌是革兰阴性条件性人类致病菌,在环境中广泛存在,并且能引起严重的医院内感染。二元调控系统能够感受多种环境刺激并且做出恰当而快速的适应性生理反应,二元调控系统也参与了细菌的抗生素耐药性形成机制。主要的二元调控系统包括PhoP-PhoQ,PmrA-PmrB,CzcR-CzcS,CopR-CopS,GacA-GacS,RetS,LadS等,本文总结了目前已经发现的二元调控系统调节铜绿假单胞菌抗生素耐药性的机制,为解决抗生素耐药问题提供了新的治疗靶点。
