摘要：

劳动力市场与社会保障之间的关系是经济政策与社会政策共同关注的重要议题。劳动就业为社会保障奠定必要的经济基础,是社会保障制度健康发展的保障;社会保障为劳动力市场运作营造良好的社会环境并能提供高素质的劳动者,二者互为前提。劳动力市场与社会保障之间的关系在国外经济学界早已被关注,而中国的大多数文献只是单独研究社会保障或劳动力市场。因此,国外丰富的研究成果对于中国的相关研究具有重要借鉴意义。
