世界各国膳食指南食物推荐摄入量的比较

摘要：

目的通过分析比较来自六大洲(排除南极洲)的90个国家(地区)公开发表的膳食指南的食物推荐摄入量,促进对世界膳食指南相关情况的了解。方法遵循"膳食指南检索筛选和纳入—关键条目信息汇总—信息分析比较"工作流程,在全球224个国家和地区中,排除人口小于10万人口的国家,以及未公开发表膳食指南或因为语言问题未能检索到的国家,最终收集六大洲90个国家(地区)的膳食指南及其相关信息。分析比较各国膳食指南食物推荐摄入量的异同。结果在纳入的43份膳食指南全文和89份关键条目中,我们主要对盐油糖酒水这五种关键食物的推荐摄入量做了比较,大多数国家的推荐摄入量比较相似,差异不明显,但在某些关键食物推荐量上各国有所差异。结论各国膳食指南对一些重要食物推荐摄入量比较相似,但也有一些差别,可为完善我国膳食指南提供参考依据。
