美国FDA于2004年批准普瑞巴林作为治疗糖尿病性周围神经性疼痛和带状疱疹神经痛的药物。本文综述了近年来的相关临床研究情况,并总结了普瑞巴林的药理学、药动学、疗效及耐受性。
