摘要：

本文通过对160例CAG患者的血清PCA检测及其与临床状况、胃泌素分泌细胞抗体试验、最大胃酸排量、粘膜活检病理、血清胃泌素测定等关系的分析,说明PCA的有无与有关数据之间并不密切相关。因此,认为PCA不能作为CAG分型的主要依据。
