摘要：

甲状腺癌是最常见的内分泌系统恶性肿瘤。甲状腺癌的病情进展相对缓慢,生存时间较长,绝大多数的甲状腺癌患者预后较好,但仍有少数患者因肿瘤局部侵犯或肿瘤远处转移而死亡,故早期诊断对于延长甲状腺癌患者的生存期具有重要意义。甲状腺癌病理类型包括乳头状癌、滤泡性癌、髓样癌和未分化癌。本文针对最多见且直径小于1.0cm的甲状腺微小乳头状癌(PTMC)的超声声像表现展开论述。
