他汀类药物治疗慢性心力衰竭的研究进展

摘要：

他汀类药物的非降脂作用已被充分证实,包括改善血管内皮功能、抗氧化、抗炎、逆转心室重构和改善心脏功能等。但他汀类药物对慢性心力衰竭的治疗作用尚无肯定结论。现就他汀类药物治疗慢性心力衰竭的基础研究、临床研究进展尚存在的问题做一综述。
