绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者血尿酸与骨密度相关性研究

摘要
目的探讨绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平与骨密度的关系。方法根据血尿酸水平将患者分为正常组、低尿酸组和高尿酸组,比较3组患者间骨密度差异。应用Pearson相关分析检验患者尿酸与骨密度的相关性。结果 3组间年龄、糖尿病病程、体重指数等无统计学差异,组间脊柱骨密度具有显著性差异。相关分析显示血尿酸水平与脊柱骨密度显著相关。结论观察血尿酸水平有利于绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者骨质疏松症的预防和筛查。
