摘要
A new approach to building simpler, smaller and cheaper digital cameras that can operate efficiently across a much broader spectral range than conventional silicon-based cameras has been investigated. The approach, single-pixel imaging via compressive sampling, fuses a new camera architecture based on a digital micromirror device. Being an optical computer that sequentially measures the inner products, the single-pixel camera computes random linear measurements of the scene under view. The CS camera can realize improvements in the performance and capabilities of data acquisition, processing, and fusion systems while being a cheaper solution.
