摘要
A Microsoft(R) Excel v. 5.0 spreadsheet program for estimating low toxic effects is described using an example data set consisting of herbicide effects on corn germination. Users are guided through each step in the program. Five model equations are illustrated in both their mathematical and spreadsheet forms and statistical procedures are described.
