Temperature dependence of the Raman active modes in nanocrystalline Bi4Ti3O12

摘要
High temperature Raman spectra of nanocrystalline Bi4Ti3O12 and bulk Bi3.8Yb0.2Ti3O12 have been investigated. The increase of the phase transition temperature with decreasing grain size in Bi4Ti3O12 can be correlated with the effect of charge transfer in the Bi-O-Ti system.
