摘要
Forced advection of passive tracer in nonlinear medium by a smooth flow is considered. Effective theory for small scale scalar fluctuations is shown to be linear (asymptotic free) and universal. Structure functions demonstrate an extremely anomalous, intermittent behavior while the dissipative anomaly is absent in the problem. (C) 1999 American Institute of Physics. [S1070-6631(99)00708-4].
