摘要
A discussion on methane activation using NOx covers two-step processes, i.e., steam reforming and partial oxidation; one-step processes, i.e., catalytic activation (silica, zeolites, molybdena, vanadia), non-catalytic processes, oxidative coupling of methane; a new approach to methane activation using NOx; dependence of conversion and selectivity of C1-oxygenates in the absence of catalysts, i.e., enhancement of CH4 activation in the presence of NOx; modeling of NOx gas phase reactions; and network and mechanism of CH4-O2-NOx oxidations.
