Substrate-induced deposition of microporous particles on gelatine-modified surfaces

A commercial zeolite A and a chabazite-like aluminophosphate were deposited on gelatin modified glass and on gelatin-modified poly(3,4-ethylene-dioxythiophene) surface. The quantity of deposited microporous CoAPO and zeolite A particles on glass substrate was estimated by X-ray powder diffraction technique. Powder diffractograms of dried samples were taken using an X-ray powder diffractometer. Analysis of the obtained diffractograms suggest that deposition of microporous particles in gelatin-modified electrically conductive polymers has potential for designing chemical sensors.
