摘要
Graphite-like C3N4 nanocrystals were synthesized by the reaction Of CCl4 and NH4Cl at 400degreesC without any catalyst. XRD and TEM examinations indicate that the average size of the crystals is about 11 nm With a good crystallinity, and C = N and C-N bonds can be observed at 1617.95 and 1271.09 cm(-1) respectively, in the IR spectrum.
