摘要
Advances in research of the neurobiology of addictive disorders have provided clinicians with an evolving perspective on addiction. This article focuses on several aspects of the neurobiology of addictive disorders, including the concept of brain reward, mechanism of action, and cellular and molecular aspects of drug addiction.
