Thermochemistry of Compounds Formed during Fast Pyrolysis of Lignocellulosic Biomass

摘要
This paper deals with the gas-phase thermodynamic properties of organic compounds formed during biomass thermochemical energetic conversion. The standard enthalpies of formation at 298.15 K are determined by means of quantum chemistry calculations along with a protocol developed for general organic compounds. The resultant data, currently not available in the literature for most of these compounds, are critical to the modeling of pyrolysis, gasification, and combustion chemistry of biomass. © 2008 American Chemical Society.
