摘要
The optical constants of thin films of amorphous hydrogenated carbon doped with copper (0-24%) have been determined by analysing optical absorption spectra within the spectral region 0.6-5.0 eV. The results evidence the existence of two types of copper-based cluster: spherical drops and scales or other lower dimensional formations. The size and concentration of the clusters are discussed.
