摘要:
Lakeland Electric and Water provides a state-of-the-art, automated, distribution system to the Publix Supermarket industrial complex in Lakeland, Florida. The distribution system has been rebuilt to withstand the effect of hurricanes and lightning strikes. The automation scheme consists of unique procedures for program initialization, fault detection and location, fault isolation and power restoration. The system continues to allow Publix to meet production demands by minimizing the scope and effects of unplanned power outages.
