摘要
(Figure Presented) In a two-stage assembly protocol, regularly spaced transition-metal islands on a Au(111) surface are employed to steer the formation and organization of metallosupramolecular nanosystems (see picture). Following terephthalate exposure, Fe-terephthalate linkages evolve between next-neighbor Fe islands. © 2005 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
