摘要
We have theoretically investigated the nonlinear dissipative dynamics of coupled electronic-nuclear systems in double quantum dots in the spin-blockade regime. The result shows multiple stability and oscillation (limit cycle) in the magnetic field regime where the singlet and triplet two-electron levels cross each other. These instabilities explain the hysteresis and oscillation of leakage current observed recently by Ono et al. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
