摘要
This paper examines Business Process Management (BPM) as a strategic management tool based on case study research, It seeks to clarify some of the uncertainties and ambiguities of the subject. A number of key themes of Business Process Management are developed and discussed, based on the experience of more mature Business Process Management organisations.
