摘要
The nonlinear behavior of a piezoelectric resonator near its series resonance, when it is driven by high-amplitude voltage, can be explained by including an e.m.f. in series with the mechanical branch of the equivalent circuit. It can be characterized by nonlinear impedance coefficients, which are measured in the radial resonance mode of a ceramic disc. The measurements of impedance increase are in concordance with those of intermodulation, and both verify the proposed model.
