摘要
The process of photochromism in amorphous and polycrystalline WO3 films has been studied. The mechanism of the process and the influence of various parameters on its efficiency have been investigated. This process involves drastic changes of electrical, optical, structural, chemical and other oxide parameters. The objectives and possible area of research of the phenomenon are discussed.
