摘要
The local structures around Sr, Ce and Yb such as the M-O and M-M (M = Sr, Ce and Yb) interatomic distances in proton conductive Sr(Ce1-xYbx)O-3 (x = 0-0.2) were studied by means of extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) spectrometry. The Sr-Ce/Yb, Ce-O and Yb-O interatomic distances of Sr(Ce1-xYbx)O-3 are almost constant in contrast to the decrease of its lattice constant. These results suggest that the oxygen vacancies are not located preferentially around either host Ce ions or dopant Yb ions. (C) 1999 Published by Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
