This installment of Electronic Resource Forum uses the results of a survey to present profiles of five next generation library management systems: Alma by Ex Libris; Sierra by Innovative Interfaces, Inc.; OLE by the Kuali Foundation; WorldShare Management Services by OCLC; and Intota by Serials Solutions. Each profile provides an overview of the system and describes its development history, use of standards and interoperability, and functionality.
