摘要：

Reports of spontaneous rupture of continent urinary diversions are rare. Management of the reported cases has been solely by exploratory laparotomy with primary repair of the defect. We describe 2 cases of spontaneous rupture of an ileal reservoir successfully managed nonoperatively. (C) 1997, Elsevier Science Inc.
