摘要
Combined experimental and theoretical charge density studies of the complex [Ni(eta(2)-C2H4) dbpe] (dbpe = (Bu2PCH2CH2PBu2t)-P-t), 1, reveal how the location and magnitude of charge concentrations in the valence shell of the metal atom influence the sigma- and pi-components of the metal - olefin interaction.
