摘要
Y3Al5O12:Eu3+ powders were synthesized by using a high-energy ball mill (HEB) and conventional solid-state reaction method (SSR). The effects of the synthesis procedure on the crystallinity, morphology, structure, and luminescence spectra were examined by X-ray diffraction, field emission-scanning electron microscopy, and photoluminescence spectroscopy, Compared to the solid-state reaction method, synthesis by high-energy ball milling is simple and easy to carry out, and the raw materials are commercially available.
