摘要：

Data visualization is an emerging technology that takes advantage of data mining techniques and rich computer graphics to derive useful information from data. The growth of visualization can be roughly estimated by counting the occurrences of 'visualization' or 'visualization' in article titles. Nowadays, titles pertain either to physical entities such as 'Visualization of gene activity in living cells' or to more abstract concepts such as 'Evaluation for direct walk dynamic information visualizations'.
