Maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (gPP)/expanded graphite (EG) nanocomposites were prepared via solution intercalation. The relationship between the volume electrical conductivity of gPP/EG nanocomposites and the EG volume fraction was also presented. Results indicated that the gPP molecules disentangled in the solution and infiltrated into the micropores and interplanar spaces of EG through physical adsorption and solvation during solution intercalation.
