摘要
The increased use of computed tomography and the relatively high radiation doses makes it important to evaluate the absorbed dose to the patient, especially for children. In this study measurement results obtained with an anthropomorphic phantom simulating a one year old child have been compared with two different methods for the calculation of the absorbed dose. The results agree within +/-15%. The limitations and benefits of the methods used are discussed.
