摘要：

This paper shows how N-15 can be used as a probe and a tracer of nitrogen used as fertiliser, It points out how the use of isotope ratio mass spectrometric studies of this isotope contributes a better knowledge of nutrition and nitrogen metabolism in plants and to a more reasonable use of fertilisers.
