摘要
Compositions of apatites produced in simulated body fluids (SBF) with different ion concentrations were investigated. SBF, which was conditioned to have ion concentrations equal to those of blood plasma in total or ionized amounts, was found to produce apatite with composition equal to those of bone mineral. This indicates that the composition and structure of apatite can be controlled not only to be equal to bone mineral, but also to be varied widely for various biomedical purposes by controlling the composition of SBF in biomimetic process.
