摘要：

Die diabetisch-neuropathische Osteoarthropathie (DNOAP) ist die nicht infektiöse Zerstörung einzelner oder mehrerer Knochen- und Gelenkstrukturen, überwiegend im Fußskelett lokalisiert. Von der DNOAP sind 0,1–16% der Diabetiker betroffen, wobei die Schwankungsbreite dieser Angabe mit unterschiedlichen Definitionen und Untersuchungsintensitäten erklärt wird.
