摘要
Some characterization and microstructural features of mechanochemicaly milled ZnO powders are presented in this study. It is shown that the application of mechanochcmical ZnO nanoparticles is a simple technique for preparation of nanocrystalline powders. Synthesised powders arc analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and Brunauer-Emmctt-Teller (BET).
