摘要
(Chemical Equation Presented) Reduction deduction: Precipitation of an insoluble copper triazole complex onto a carbon black support leads to the formation of an efficient catalyst for the fourelectron reduction of O 2 to H2O. The oxygen-reduction activity is reported over a wide pH range from 1 to 13 and the onset of the reaction occurs at potentials as high as 0.86V. Ex situ magnetic susceptibility measurements demonstrate the presence of multicopper sites. © 2009 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
